GOOGLE'S MOVE COMES AS THE NETBOOK MARKET HAS EXPLODED TO 21MILLION UNITS THIS YEAR.

CHROME OS,CAN FREELY DUPLICATE AND REDISTRIBUTED IT WITHOUT SEEKING PERMISSION OR MAKING ANY PAYMENTS.
